Areas I am a Research & Evaluation Specialist at the United Way of Chittenden County, where I do research to document how children, youth, families, and communities benefit from the social service programs, collaborative projects, and special initiatives funded by the United Way and its partners. I provide training and research consultation to local non-profit agencies to help them gather data to document outcomes and improve their programs. And I have been working with United Way's staff and volunteers to implement an organizational model for strategically investing resources toward community-defined priorities and tracking the results of those investments.

My graduate research focused on the developmental and meaning of coparenting relationships among couples raising young children, and I continue to be intersted in studying how mothers and fathers understand and shape each others' experiences as partners and as parents.
