Laboratory Social Activities

Our laboratory group typically has retreat weekends that offer members a chance to examine professional research ideas outside of the academic setting while simultaneously participating in a variety of outdoor activities.  People interact on these retreats in an informal manner, providing an open context for the expression of thoughts and ideas.  Our Fall retreat involved a hiking trip in New Hampshire.
