Pricing Agreements offer fixed prices on goods and services for all UVM departments regardless of the quantity ordered at any given time.
Any vendor may offer UVM a pricing agreement, as long as the goods or services are not available on existing contracts. Procurement Services will review the proposal and decide whether or not signing an agreement is in the best interest of UVM; this decision is made at the discretion of Procurement Services and is final.
