Dr. Richard Packard, M.S. Physics, 1966
Dr. Richard Packard is a physicist and a professor at the University of California, Berkeley, known for having built the first quantum gyroscope. His research is primarily focused on the application of quantum fluids. On the basis of his path breaking research, Professor Packard was awarded the prestigious London Prize by the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics.
