Support, Educational Resources, and the ASOP Lending Library
ASOP's
programs include Vermont in-service programs, overseas programs for
teachers, school
leaders, and high school students,
curriculum design and instructional support, visiting teachers from
Asia and school-to-school exchanges. Many of these programs are described
in detail in other parts of this website. Specific educational resources
and support programs include:
Curriculum Design and Instruction
Participants in ASOP inservice and overseas programs will be assisted
in designing curriculum units according to the Vermont Framework
of Standards and Learning Opportunities. Workshops and technical
support
will be offered throughout the year, and Asian nationals will visit
classrooms upon request. For assistance in designing
curriculum units, please email Kunie Renaud, ASOP office coordinator.
Online
educational materials, Asian webquests, and ASOP Resource Lending
Library
Please check out our units available on-line, webquests, suggested
literature for classroom used, and ASOP resources available for loan.

Asian teachers
