Qufu: The hometown of Confucious located to the southeast of Beijing in Shangdong Province.

Xian:  Historic state of the Silk Road and home of the Terracotta Soldiers of the Qin Dynasty.

Kunming:  Capital of the uniquely diverse Yunnan province in southwest China, bordering

Hohhot:  Capital of Inner Mongolia and the gateway to the Monglian grasslands.

Ningxia Autonomous Region:  Multi-cultural Ningxia, the meeting place of Muslin, Han and Mongolian cultures.
