Biography
Professor Bryan teaches courses in Public Administration and American Politics.  He is the author of several books on state and local politics, including Yankee Politics in Rural Vermont; Politics in the Rural States; The Vermont Papers: Recreating Democracy on a Human Scale, and Real Democracy: The New England Town Meeting and How It Works.  Professor Bryan is also the 2004 recipient of the Kidder Outstanding Faculty Award
