Fine Tuners

Fine tuners are attached to the tailpiece, and allow for slight adjustments in pitch. Professionals generally use a fine tuner on the highest pitched string. For beginners, it is a good idea to place fine tuners on all four strings because they are easier to adjust than the pegs. Fine tuners function best with metal strings, and can be a great aid to the student, parent, and teacher.
