To all L/L Conference Volunteers:
Thank you for volunteering to work at the Collaboration in Action: Promoting Residentially Based Education conference. The conference will take place from Thursday, October 15 - Saturday, October 17th, 1998.
Volunteer assignments have been made and can be found at the

PLEASE CHECK THIS SCHEDULE TO SEE WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED TO
WORK!!! Please call the L/L Director's Office if you cannot work
during a time that you have been scheduled.
Please note that starting times are times that you need to be on site and ready to work.
Most activities will take place at the Radisson Hotel, with the exception of the following events:

As a volunteer, please feel free to attend any of the conference sessions that appeal to you. (Please pick up your conference volunteer name badge at the Conference Registration/Info desk first.) Remember, if you are scheduled to work four hours during the conference, you're invited to join us for the Keynote Luncheon at the Radisson on Friday, October 16th at 12:15. If you are scheduled to work eight hours during the conference, you're invited to join us at both the Keynote Luncheon AND the Opening Dinner with Judith Ramaley and the Top Cats on Thursday, October 15th from 7:00 - 9:00 at the Radisson. Hope to see you there!
Finally, a very big THANK YOU for your willingness to help out during the conference. We're expecting close to a total of 200 participants, so your assistance is critical to making the conference a success.
