Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation for LGBTQ Community

LGBTQ students, staff, and faculty you are invited to join us for monthly yoga/meditation sessions held within a supportive queer-led space. The class will include gentle yoga (accessible to all bodies) and avariety of mindfulness practices to cultivate wisdom, compassion, and self-love. No experience is needed. Classes are free and held in the LivingWell Studio space on the first floor of the Davis Center.
