Problem:
To create a user friendly graphical interface that manages the unit contract process for the Military via Mitre.
Goals of Web application:
- Create and finalize unit contracts
- Interface with a Java database via SOAP messages
- Computerize a formerly paper process
- Use usabilty testing and paper prototyping to ensure final product is as 'usable' as possible
