Orchards (22)

Orchards (221), bush fruits (222), ornamental horticulture (223), and tree farms (224) do not occupy a significant portion of VT's agricultural land, but are prevalent in select areas around the state. Class 22 is generally distinguishable from other agricultural classes based on the strongly defined texture due to leaf/canopy shadowing and the linear pattern of the vegetation. NAIP and the VMP orthos are both suitable for identification to Level 3.
