Dear Joyce and Holly, I just want to thank you for the wonderful job you do in the lab. This last week must've been quite stressful as you supported so many student teachers as they worked on their electronic portfolios. In spite of the strain, both of you are always there to help, are competent, cheerful, and zero in on the problem that seems so surreal to me! And the m&m peanuts are great too! Since you will be teaching the intersession classes, I thought you would need the laptop I borrowed this semester. I brought it in this morning and found the lab closed (well deservedly!). I've put the laptop under my desk and locked the office door. I wanted you to know it's there. I know there are politics galore around technology issues (unlike other issues in the university!)--I just want you to know what a difference you make in my life! Thank you again.
