Under the FILTER menu from the top of the page select distort and then spherize. Position the control box that appears so that you can view your image as you adjust the sliding bar.

In addition to controlling the degree of sphereizing, you can also select the mode: normal, vertical or horizontal. Continuing to select and distort different features can produce some interesting effects.
