GOING TO
ANCIENT GREECE
a
5th grade time travel adventure
As you are walking down the hallway one
day,
you see a closet door cracked open part way... but it's a closet you
haven't seen before. You open the door, and walk into the dark space.
Feeling your way in front of you looking for a light, you feel a wooden
wall, and push. Suddenly, the sunlight is beaming into your face, and
you hear loud sounds-- horses, and busy city streets. You walk onto the
street, and you aren't wearing your jeans and sneakers any longer.
Instead, you are wearing a toga and leather sandals.
