• If you are a visitor to our site be aware that these are directions for university students who are developing and field testing WebQuests as part of their teacher education coursework.
• If you are a visitor please feel free to try any of the WebQuests listed on the Treasure Chest page and provide our students with feedback.

1. Prepare one Science WebQuest consistent with the Directions and Documentation.

2. Field test the WebQuest with at least one student.

3. Revise and update your WebQuest based on that field testing.

4. Post the WebQuest on our WebQuest Treasure Chest page.

5. Personally try three WebQuests found on the WebQuest Treasure Chest Page. You do not need to do this part with children. Keep track of your feedback regarding strengths and weaknesses.

6.  Use the “mailto” link on each WebQuest to send an e-mail message to the developer in which you identify the strengths/weaknesses of the WebQuest from your perspective. Additionally, place any related comments in the e-mail message.

7. Complete the Documentation for the Assignment that is described on the Directions and Documentation page.
