JOURNEY-
We have been learning about rocks
in class and I
have created this webquest for you as beginner rock hunters to become
experts about rocks! I want you to learn more and more about rocks so
you can take this information with you throughout your journey of
life. You will be searching websites throughout the internet to
gather information to complete your tasks on this webquest. By
the end of this webquest you will learn so much, that you can surprise
everyone about your rock expertise!

draw & label it on one

pieces of paper or make collage from
pictures on the internet.
2. Answer:
-What are the three main kinds of
rocks? Name some example of
these three kind of rocks.
-What are rocks made
of?
-When you crack a rock open, what is in the
middle? What does it look like, tell me using descriptive words.
-Why are rocks so different?
3. Pick three specific
rocks, tell about these using creative, descriptive words. Draw
