A. Introduction

You are given a time machine that only allows you to go back in time to visit Native Americans in the year 1700. On the time machine you will find a "Time Machine Journey" where you must enter the location of your journey. Before traveling through time to visit the Native Americans, you must think about which tribe or tribes you would like to visit. You will also have a Travel Journal where you will need write about your experiences and findings of the different tribes. Your Travel Journal will help you think about how different tribes are similar and different from each other.

B. The Challenge

Do research on the internet to find information about the different tribes of North America. Look into where the tribes lived and how they lived. This will help you decide the many people you want to visit! Remember, you must use your journal to write down your findings. You need to travel to four different places, getting to know four different tribes. Good luck!
