Flowers
taking flight:

OH NO!
Mrs. Brook’s class has accidently knocked
over the butterfly display during their field trip to the local zoo and
now the
big beautiful butterfly statue is on pieces on the ground!
The zookeeper thankfully lets the children
stay at the zoo but only if they can help put the statue back together
(and
give the statue a nice new shiny paint job)….
YOUR
Mrs. Brooks has
selected YOU to
go online and learn everything you can about the Painted Lady
butterfly’s
colors and body parts! It is in your
hands to make sure the statue is put together and painted correctly or
Flynn
Elementary will never be allowed back in a zoo again!
Here’s
How:
Go
to the following websites and fill out the worksheets Miss
Mitchell provides.
(The
butterfly body parts needs to be cut and pasted)…Stretch
out your wings and go!
