Your Quest is to find information about Igneous, Metamorphic and Sedimentary rocks.

For this quest you will need:

Your science journal

A blank piece of paper to draw on

Colored pencils or crayons

A pencil to record your findings

Here is the information you are looking for on your Quest:

1. For each rock you need to write a brief description of what you discover. Then draw a picture of how the rock forms.

2. Find at least two examples of Metamorphic, Sedimentary and Igneous rocks. Draw a picture of each rock with your crayons or colored pencils.
