We're going on a food pyramid webquest!

Healthy eating is something that we all need to pay attention to.  One way that we can make sure that we are eating healthy is by following the Food Pyramid.

Throughout this web quest you will learn all about the food pyramid, and will be able to use the information that you learn to play games.

After you have finished your journey through the web quest, together as a class we will put on a play that has to deal with the food pyramid, and the serving amounts that we are suppose to follow daily.

Your Challenge for this webquest is to find out what foods go into each group, and how many servings of each we are suppose to have

At the end of the webquest, you may use any website that you enjoyed to help you in creating your own food pyramid.

You can draw the food in each group or you can cut pictures out of magazines, whichever option you like better!

Have fun exploring!
