1) YOUR CHALLENGE:

 

A. Introduction: Pretend that you are a drop of water sitting in someone’s glass on the table.  They pick up the glass and carry it over to the sink.  Suddenly you feel yourself being poured out of the glass and into the drain.  It is dark and pipes surround you…where are you going?  Your challenge is to figure out where you will be carried and where you will end up. 

B. The Challenge: Do research on the Internet to find information about the different parts of the water cycle using the websites listed below.  Figure out where you would go if you were a drop of water.  To complete this challenge, go to the following websites and do the activities.  Print out the worksheet, water cycle quiz, and diagram then fill them out.  These three pieces of work will be handed in to your teacher when you are finished.
