Ms. Frizzle was driving the magic school bus and was showing us how the leaves had changed color in Autumn. All of a sudden she felt real sick and handed you the bus to be in charge. While you were driving, suddenly the bus went into space and you could see the sun from where you were sitting. You could also see how the Earth was spinning on its axis producing night and day and also moving around the sun slowly. Now you must take Ms. Frizzle’s job and explain to the class why the Earth is moving! Oh, and don’t forget to bring the class back because Ms. Frizzle needs to go to the doctor! Good Luck!

Your Challenge:

Do some research on the internet to find out about the earth’s orbit and seasons. Explain how we have seasons on earth. How does the earth tilt when we have Summer? Try to name all the seasons. Tell about food, holidays or clothes associated with seasons. Then, design a poster describing different seasons using the information you have learned.
