Spiders

One day Tommy and Sue were playing in the attic.  Tommy caught a spider and carried it over to show Sue.  “YIKES GET THAT THING AWAY FROM ME THIS MINUTE” Sue screamed!!  She told Tommy that she hated insects.  Tommy told her that she was silly and anyway spiders are NOT insects.  They are arachnids.  Sue said “what’s an arachnid?”  Tommy only knew that spiders are arachnids because his older brother had told him but he didn’t really know what an arachnid was.  Tommy and Sue decided to get on the computer and find out.
