The InfoEd system stores a user profile for each user. The profile is editable by the user and the contact information should be kept up to date by investigators as it is uploaded into proposals, e-mails and in other communications.

How do I find my User Profile to update it?
Login into the InfoEd login web page by supplying your user name (UVM NetID) and password which will open your InfoEd portal.
Why is it important to update my User Profile?
Your user contact data in your user profile (name, address, e-mail, phone, etc.) is accessed via all the InfoEd modules (SPIN, SMARTS, Proposal, Protocols and the Tech Transfer) for proposal forms, electronic routing, compliance protocols and InfoEd generated correspondence such as funding alerts, proposal award letters, protocol memos and compliance board minutes. By updating it in one place, it eliminates the need to enter it anywhere else.
Can someone else update my User Profile?
No. If you find that a proposal participant must have their profile updated for your proposal to be submitted, you will have to contact that participant and request that they update their profile on InfoEd. Feel free to forward this webpage in case they require a Step-by-Step Guide on how to do so.
