Any good, user-friendly system provides more than one way to request help.  Below are a few ways to report problems, search for answers, and request assistance.

Who can I contact from my department to help me?

I want to log an issue online and get a quick response - how can I do that?

Simple! Our InfoEd Footprints system not only allows you to log questions, but also keeps a historical searchable knowledgebase where you can search similar issues reported by others.  Once your question is logged, an  OSP expert is notified immediately for a quick response.
