This Commercial building was square two story, flat roofed, and clapboard sided. It had two bays consisting of double 16/1 windows. The first story had shop windows and a main entrance.  The roof was capped with a decorative molding. This building was a grocery store, in the 1926 directory it is listed as being run by Mrs. Millet, and was possibly owned by Mrs. Sophia Saiger.[1] The directories show a series of grocers occupying the building until it disappears from the directories after 1978. A building can be seen to the left of the grocery store. That building is 716/714 Riverside Avenue. It is listed on the 1926 Sanborn map as a tenement and may have been remolded for current housing. [2]

This building has a front centered entrance and one over one double hung windows. The building is shown on the 1900 Sanborn map. [3] It is listed in 1926 Burlington city directory as being owned by Mrs. Sophia Saiger a relative of those who owned Saige’s department Store at 93 North Avenue. [1] In the 1960 directory it is listed as housing a radio servicing store. [4]
