This federal building has retained much of its authentic features since the time of its construction. The building is clad in red brick and has a stone base. There is a two by two bay and the gable front roof is clad in slate.
In 1886, James OConnor resided here and worked for JR Booth. [34] By 1901, Simeon Delorme had moved into the home and was Secretary and treasurer of Arbuckle Company Maple. [35]
