1/3 Pine Street

           This Second Empire home has a mansard roof for extra living space, which has three dormer windows on each façade.  The building is made up of red brick, and has a five by three bay.  The building has four stories, and is currently used as apartments. 

           Beginning in 1886, Michael Gleason lived at 3 Pine Street and worked at HJ Nelson.  Also living at 3 Pine Street during this time was Georgiana Michaels who was employed under Miss Lizzie Meehan. [25]   Living at 1 Pine Street was Conrad Michaels, who ran ice cream parlors and was employed under T. Arbuckle and Company.  Also living at 1 Pine Street was Geo Stratton who worked for the Burlington Woolen Company.  By 1901, Henry J Nelson had begun to live at 1 Pine Street, and was a furniture dealer located at 48 through 50 Church Street. [26]   By 1906, Miss Nellie Kane was living at 1 Pine Street and worked as a dressmaker.  Michael Gleason remained at 3 Pine Street through 1906. [27]
