This gable front home is clad in shingles painted green. It has an elaborate pediment over the front door, giving away the Colonial Revival style so popular at the time, and has a three by three bay. There is an addition to the building located at the back of the home, as well as a side porch located on the north façade.
In 1886, Chas F. Kennedy lived at this address. He worked as a traveling salesman for Bronsons, Weston, Dunham and Company. [24]
