This Greek Revival Style home has a three by two bay on the front façade. The windows are topped with small pediments and there is a porch with small columns located on the front façade. The entrance door has fanlights on either side of the opening, and there is a gable front roof.
In 1886 Chas Hildreth lived at 115 Pine Street and worked at Shepard and Morse Lumber Company. James McLaurin also lived at this home during this time period and was employed at Skillings, Whitneys and Barnes Lumberyard. Additionally, Clarence L. Smith lived at 115 Pine and also worked at Skilling, Whitneys and Barnes Lumberyard. [28] By 1901, Oscar B. Hutchins had moved into the home, and he was employed as a teacher. [29] In 1906, Mrs. Elizabeth R. Hathaway lived at 115 Pine Street, and she was the widow of Roderick R. Hathaway. [30]
