This vernacular, one-story, small, cube shaped, hipped roof, one-by-one bay structure located directly north of The Wigwam (#15) was originally used as an ash house and tool shed. The structure has slate roofing with a copper ridge piece and wood shingled siding above a raised rough ashlar and concrete foundation. The south and west sides have a four-panel door; the east and west sides have a three-light horizontal window. It is in excellent condition.
