My name is Michele Thurston and I live in Vershire, Vermont with my husband and 2 year old son. As a child I have always loved to explore my creative talents in the kitchen and now I am thrilled to have the wonderful opportunity to share those talents with you. Our 40 acre sugar woods and beautiful Vermont setting has inspired me to explore maple and incorporate it into the confections that we make. At Eagle Hollow Sugar Works we believe some of the best things in life happen naturally. That’s why we work with, and in some cases have combined, the two most brilliant and all natural confections on this earth.
