DoE Lab Partnership - 2007 - Request For Proposals

Dr. Judith Van Houten

The following message is sent on behalf of Dr. Judith Van Houten, State Director, VT EPSCoR -

I am pleased to inform you that the 2007 Funding Opportunity for Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR); Building EPSCoR-State/National Laboratory Partnership is now published on Grants.gov under Opportunity Number DE-PS02-07ER07-15

As you know, Grants.gov is now the single access point for over 1000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant-making agencies. Beginning October 1, 2005, the DOE Office of Science has required that all new financial assistance applications be submitted through the Grants.gov website. Since this will involve new submission procedures than in the past (for EPSCoR State/Laboratory Partnership applications), I encourage you to visit the Grants.gov website to familiarize yourself with the features and registration requirements.

Please note: University of Vermont Applicants must work through the UVM Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) for budget and proposal preparation. UVM Applicants must submit draft proposals to OSP 2 weeks prior to the DOE submission date. Final proposals are due to OSP 1 week prior to the DOE submisison date.

The overall scope, intent, eligibility criteria, review guidelines etc. of the DOE EPSCoR State/Laboratory Partnership Awards remain the same. Click here for complete details of this solicitation (DE-PS02-07ER07-15).

A less detailed announcement is also posted on the DOE Office of Science Grants and Contracts website.
