With a whirlwind of instrumental styles fusing classical, rock, blues, jazz, world music, and progressive, the California Guitar Trio's stunning virtuosity and sly sense of humor has earned them a loyal following and wide notoriety. CGT music was sent into outer space as wake up music for the crew aboard NASA's Space Shuttle Endeavor. As a group, their technical wizardry is breathtaking. For our concert, they will be joined by guitarist/singer Natalia Zukerman. The daughter of musical royalty (Pinchas and Eugenia), Natalia's music is a blend of bottleneck country guitar and smoky unforgettable vocals. According to Andy Friedman in The New Yorker "Natalia's voice could send an orchid into bloom while her guitar playing can open a beer bottle with its teeth."
