Facilities Design and Construction
The Department of Facilities Design & Construction is responsible for coordinating the design and construction of the University's capital projects, including new construction and major renovations, paying strict attention to sustainable design parameters and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification standards developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Department's prime objective is to develop and lead projects that improve the built environment of the campus with a team firmly committed to working at the highest professional level while being careful stewards of the University's resources.
