Campus Planning Services

Campus Planning Services (CPS) is responsible for land use and space use on- and off-campus. CPS's major responsibilities include; Campus Master Planning including development and implementation of land use planning policies; Land Use Regulatory Processes inclusive of assessment and advocacy with local and regional regulatory agencies as zoning ordinances are revised, and all municipal zoning and state land use permit application and compliance; Real Estate Management encompassing lease development and management, sale and acquisition of property, and maintaining leases, deeds, and permits; Space Management Planning along with development and implementation of policies and guidelines to maximize the use of existing facilities, future uses and needs of new facilities and City/Institutional Relations as related to land use and regulatory functions.
