Space and Movable Equipment Inventory  - Instructions, process and definitions

Inventory Data Certification
For the inventory to be considered complete, Cost Accounting Services must receive the following information:
  • Completed and signed Certification Form
  • Space Functional Exception Report without any exceptions (use set up on page 26 in the Space Training guide for instructions on how to run this crystal report)
  • Movable Equipment Inventory List (applicable to only departments who have movable equipment)
Email the certification form, the Space Functional Use Exception Report (with no exceptions) and the department's movable equipment spreadsheet (with inventory comments)  to
