| The space reports provide a way for department
personnel
to obtain the latest inventory information and perform
data integrity reviews on the inventory data. For example,
the space functional exception report should be run and
reviewed to ensure there are not any exceptions. Room level data such as occupants, movable equipment, room type, functional activity, assigned PI and the inventory status are available. Space and movable equipment inventory personnel who have received training by Campus Planning have access to run these reports. To run the space reports, a user must log into the University's crystal reports server. It uses your UVM NetID. ![]() Before running these space reports for the first time, reference the Space training guide to help you set up your folder preference and understand how to select your reporting parameters. Don't forget to log out when you are finished saving your report! There are a limited number of concurrent licenses for crystal reporting on this webserver. Thanks for your consideration. |
