  • FY13 Space and Equipment Inventory (3/25/13) - The annual Space and Movable Equipment inventory starts on April 15, 2013. The space and equipment inventory provides critical data in costing facility usage and obtaining Facilities and Administrative (F&A) reimbursement from external sponsors. Training sessions are available in April by registering through the Learning Services. The deadline for completion is June 30, 2013.
  • FY12 Space and Equipment Inventory Finalized (2/5/13) - The space and equipment inventory information has been finalized and is being archived by Campus Planning. Thank you for your time and effort on this important University cost accounting activity.
  • Department Space Reports are available (2/5/13) - Departments can now run their own reports. Space and equipment inventory personnel who have received training by Campus Planning have access to run these reports. Instruction on how to run the Space Reports from the Crystal Server may be found in the Space Training Guide. The three available reports are:

    •     Department Room Summary Report
    •     Department Inventory Progress Report
    •     Space Functional Use Exception Report
