FY08 Space and Equipment Inventory Process

  •  Submission Deadline - April 30, 2008

The FY08 space and Moveable equipment mandatory inventory has started. Use this comprehensive web site for your necessary guidance and instructions to successfully complete this important task for the University.

The importance of using this information is critical in determining the University's Facilities and Administrative (F&A) rates. The F&A rates are used to charge sponsors for supporting their sponsored research and other sponsored activities at UVM.

Submit your inventory documentation to Cost Accounting Services by April 30, 2008.  The Cost Accountng Services address is:

Please contact your Dean's office or your administrative unit manager for further instructions on the inventory implementation approach for your respective area.
