FY12 Space and Movable Equipment Inventory
The inventory will begin on April 2, 2012 with a deadline of June 30, 2012. Departmental personnel who are conducting the inventory for the first time or want a refresher course are encouraged to attend one of the available space and equipment training sessions.

Departments can run their own reports now!
Departments now have access to run the following space and equipment reports:
  • Department Room Summary Report
  • Department Inventory Progress Report
  • Space Functional Use Exception Report
 Space and equipment inventory personnel who have received training by Campus Planning have access to run these reports. Click on the "How to run Space Reports" to obtain your department report(s).

FY11 Space and Movable Equipment Inventory

The FY11 annual space and equipment inventory has been finalized. Thank you for your time and effort on this year's inventory.
