FY09 Space and Equipment Inventory
The University is finalizing the FY09 space and equipment
inventory.
Departments which haven't completed their FY09 inventory are requested
to complete it by November 6.
The inventory is considered finished when:
- Content for all
rooms have been reviewed, updated and the inventory year changed to
2009.
- Department has
submitted their inventory certification and movable equipment inventory
spreadsheet to Laurie Desso in Cost Accounting Services.
FY10 space changes can
not be entered until all departments have
finished their FY09 inventory and a quality assurance check is
performed by Campus Planning Services and Cost Accounting Services.
