Round One:
This fight starts as a case of mistaken identity. Itchy mistakes Tom for Scratchy, and Scratchy mistakes Jerry for Itchy. Seeing the psychotic cat and mouse duo approaching with guns and chainsaws, Tom and Jerry set aside their differences to deal with the incoming threat.

Round One sees Jerry trying to intercept Itchy while Tom gets together a plan. The little brown mouse has a nose for mischief and figures that he can confuse and stymie Itchy with his hijinks. Itchy has no such patience, however. While Jerry lays out a trail of cheese leading to an spring-loaded trap that will drop an iron on Itchy's head, Itchy decides to bypass such trickery and start torching Jerry's home. Itchy spreads out some napalm and then heads to the front lawn to watch. As expected, the house fire flushes Jerry out, allowing Itchy to get an easy kill as he guns his brown-furred predecessor down with a submachinegun. Round One goes to Itchy and Scratchy.

Round Two:
Once Itchy is busy gunning down Jerry, Scratchy goes looking for Tom. Having realized the case of mistaken identity, he seeks not to fight with Tom but rather to team up with him against Itchy. After all, that mouse has tormented him since 1928, and he's had enough. Tom, on the other hand, is in no mood to speak with Scratchy. Driven mad by the knowledge that his love-hate relationship with Jerry is over, he takes his aggression out on the black cat, even as Scratchy begs for mercy. Tom wrestles Scratchy to the ground and starts pummeling him, then bites into his jugular. While Scratchy is screaming in pain, Tom notices a shadow fall over them. He reacts just in time, throwing Scratchy's bloody body in front of him as a shield while Itchy tries to gun him down. Scratchy is killed by the ensuing hail of bullets, but Tom emerges unharmed, ready for the final confrontation. Round Two goes to Tom and Jerry.

Round Three:
While Itchy and Tom stare each other down, a nearby band plays the theme song to The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. At least they start to, before Itchy shoots them. That triggers the beginning of the mayhem between Itchy and Tom. Itchy fires the remaining rounds of his submachinegun at Tom, but Tom does some sort of crazy Matrix dodging to get out of the way. Itchy then grabs a chainsaw, while Tom seizes a rusty rake. Tom connects with the rake against the side of Itchy's skull, but Itchy slices into Tom with the chainsaw, slicing the cat to ribbons.

The fight seems to be over, but just as Itchy powers down the chainsaw, Tom's arms start moving. He picks up the pieces of his carcass and puts himself back together, summoning the power of old-style American cartoons, which were largely invulnerable. Tom's staying power doesn't deter Itchy, though, who starts tearing into the cat once again. But for every attack that seems like it should kill him, Tom breaks the laws of physical reality and gets back up. Dynamite only blackens Tom's face, and a tree falling on him only squashes him down to a ridiculously short height before he breathes into his thumb and reinflates himself like a balloon. Even when Itchy resorts to shooting Tom, the cat seemingly dodges the bullets, then drinks some water which leaks out of him like a sprinkler. Killing someone has never been so hard for Itchy, but for Tom it's business as usual - he has had Jerry kicking the crap out of him for generations, after all. Finally, exhausted from the battle, Itchy tries lobbing a grenade at Tom. Unfortunately for Itchy, he's so tired that the grenade falls only a few feet away from him, landing nowhere near its intended target. Itchy is killed in the resulting blast, and Tom goes to mourn his fallen friend Jerry. Round Three and the fight go to Tom and (posthumously) Jerry.
