Explore the World of Engineering, Math and Computer ScienceThe Outreach Office supports recruitment efforts of the College of Engineering & Mathematical Sciences (CEMS) through hands-on intensive educational programs that explore the world of engineering, mathematics and computer sciences. Students learn how to make a difference in the world while learning firsthand what it takes to be an engineer or scientist.

Explore How Engineering Impacts the Human Experience

Experience the fun and excitement of hands-on projects with approximately 100 high school students during the UVM/GIV Engineering Institute July 22-29, 2013. The UVM College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences offers 8 days/7 nights of jam packed activities and presentations on sustainable engineering practices. How do we use global resources in sustainable and equitable ways? Meet engineers, computer scientists and mathematicians who will open your eyes to current societal problems and present novel engineering solutions.
