- Students Rachel Dubuque and Gregory Burtt of the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences (CEMS) are co-winners of the Student Engineer of the Year Award. They were recognized by Governor Jim Douglas for their achievements during a 2008 UVM Engineers Week ceremony held Tuesday, February 19 at the Vermont State House. Read more...
- Dr. William Lakin will be retiring from the College in September 2008. Dr. Lakin is a long-time member of the Mathematics and Statistics Department and Director of the Vermont Space Grant program.
- Dr. David Hemenway has retired from the College. Dr. Hemenway was a member of the Civil Engineering program within the School of Engineering for many years.
