UVM Computer Science paper wins Best Paper Award of IEEE ICTAI 2005

Yan Zhang (CS PhD Student), Xingquan Zhu (CS Research Assistant Professor), Xindong Wu (CS Professor), and Jeffrey P. Bond (MMG and CS Research Associate Professor) won the Best Paper Award at IEEE ICTAI 2005 for their paper, "ACE: An Aggressive Classifier Ensemble with Error Detection, Correction and Cleansing".
IEEE ICTAI 2005 (the 17th IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence) received 294 paper submissions, and accepted 38 regular papers for publication in the conference proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society. The ACE paper is one of these 38 regular papers, and Xindong Wu presented the paper at the conference.
