Charlie Ferreira is CDAE's Internship Coordinator and any student interested in earning credit for an internship should contact him before they begin an internship or for help finding an internship placement. CDAE Students may enroll in CDAE 196 or CDAE 296 to receive credit for an internship experience, and can earn up to 15 credits in CDAE 196 and/or CDAE 296. As a rule of thumb, an internship requires 45 hours of active participation for each semester hour of credit granted, but ultimately, it is the Internship Coordinator's subjective evaluation of the inherent rigor and responsibility associated with the proposed internship that determined how much credit can be received. For more information on Internships for CDAE students, including an explanation of the difference between CDAE 196 and CDAE 296, go to Charlie Ferreira's website.
This section is a collection of online resources for the soon-to-be CDAE graduate. When possible, specific opportunities will also be posted here.
