Project Description

Work is ongoing in writing a manual for the GNU Revision Control System (RCS). Volunteer work on writing the manual has gone on since early 2003, and the primary author has used RCS since 2002. The documentation is being written in DocBook XML, which allows it to be portable to other documentation types, including GNU Texinfo the official documentation format of the GNU Project. Those interested in contributing in any way large or small are encouraged to do so.

Project Requirements

My project will require the use of docbook2X to convert it to Texinfo which is a standard documentation format in the Free Software world.
