Individuals wishing to appeal a citation and/or tow must initiate a formal request for appeal within ten (10) business days following the issuance of the citation. Appeals concerning suspension of privileges must be submitted within ten (10) business days following receipt of written notification of suspension.

If you see crime occurring on or off campus and you would like to report it, please go to the above website. If you choose, your identity on the email is displayed as "Anonymous" and can not be traced. All information will be kept confidential unless you indicate otherwise.
- Print Estimate On-line
This service is free and available only to UVM affiliates and other pre-approved Print and Mail Center customers. Just fill in the following information and click on the "submit" button to receive a free printing estimate. The form will be automatically sent to our estimator who will contact you shortly with an estimate for your printing needs as specified here.

- Liability Insurance for Meetings and Events

For routine or non-emergency requests, a Work Order must be initiated. Customers may do this by submitting an on-line work order using the above link. Visit this webpage to request repairs and maintenance of buildings, facilities or grounds, as well as pick-up of surplus items and custodial services.
