Academic Computing Services encourages and supports the use of computing and communication technologies in the academic arenas of the university - teaching, learning, research, scholarship, and outreach. ACS Staff assist faculty, students and staff plan on a variety of levels, from planning and developing statistical surveys, managing data, document and image databases, designing and implementing courses to trouble shooting the latest glitch in a new technology.

Academic.Computing@Uvm.Edu, together with the Center for Teaching and Learing, University Media Services, and the University Web Team, is a part of the University of Vermont's Learning Resources Group,
