It has operations in several international locations and is experiencing performance and productivity problems and high rates of employee turnover, particularly overseas. Current training and education is a collection of philosophies and methodologies spread across multiple entities of the corporation.

However, the pursuit of national economic growth requires the development and support of business and industry and creates an ever increasing need for highly trained personnel. To run the country's economic engine, higher education and technical training must be more related to the needs of the economic sector.

Response:

ACGE assesses current education and training programs along with current and future economic development plans in regions of the country.
