    Living Well is dedicated to helping you create and maintain a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. In addition to programs offered around campus, Living Well offers massage, yoga, meditation, informal conversation with counseling staff and other programs—right on first floor of the Davis Center.     Healthy Body Image Program

    The Healthy Body Image Program, a research initiative at UVM, promotes health and wellness on campus! Take our online screening to receive personal feedback and gain access to FREE online/mobile app programs that promote overall fitness, healthy eating, and positive body esteem!
